Our Return Policy is as follows:

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for exchange of equal value. The original bag and tags should be intact, not damaged and not tampered with. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

For the refunded items, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

​

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, grab bags, jewelry and accessories. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or 

exchanged.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

​

Please do not make returns to the address on the package received. Only send to the address provided by customer service. 

​

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 48 hours with PayPal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

The returns will be made at your own cost. We will not provide shipping labels unless an error was made by Bunkhouse Couture.
